Customer Service Representative
|Work from home, based anywhere in the UK as a customer service representative for a market leading manufacturer within the roof window industry.
This role will be reactive in terms of dealing with incoming enquiries such as product, pricing, technical queries or complaint handling but will be proactive in terms of taking ownership of accounts. All customer records are kept on a CRM system which you would amend daily.
Person: You must be good at building relationships with customers to support sales activity. Will have strong communication and skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy. Ideally coming from a customer service background.
