Online Surveys for Cash – Legitimate

When it comes to looking at ways to make money online, one easy way is to fill out online surveys for cash.  Surveys are simply market research being done by companies to quickly get the feedback of thousands of people, just like you – and, for them, it’s much cheaper than sending out street market researchers to knock on doors or stand all day in shopping malls.

Online surveys can be put together by companies – and the results back and ready to be analysed, within 48-72 hours.  That’s why there are so many of them.

Earn While Commuting

Filling out surveys can be done in your spare time – indeed, many people are increasingly using their commute time to earn some extra money as most of the surveys are mobile phone accessible!  That really IS money for nothing!  Any time you have some moments available that’s usually just “dead time” can be used.  Waiting for a friend?  Waiting for a lift? Waiting for a callback on the landline?

Signing up with survey companies is on a country-by-country basis as most companies are only wanting the feedback from people in specific countries (usually their own).

I am registered with quite a few survey companies and every now and then I get in the mood to answer some…. and over time this has added up to quite a bit of cash.

Getting paid for online surveys for cash is often by check, but more often it is via Paypal.  If you don’t already have a Paypal account, why not sign up today because it’s the world’s leading payment processor for buying and selling anything online – and is the main way that companies will be able to pay you easily and promptly.

You’ll usually have to reach a minimum payout threshold before you can transfer the money into your account, these vary from $2 to as much as $30 or more… so make sure you know how long that’ll take you. Some surveys pay $10-20 each, others pay $1-$2. But it’s a nice bit of pocket change and, as I mentioned, it can REALLY add up over the course of a year!

Watch Out For….: If you sign up with a lot of small/unknown survey companies, you might find they aren’t all reputable, so keep your wits about you. Some have surveys, but then try to get you to sign up for trials of products and services that you find it hard to ditch…. so just be careful of the motivations behind the survey company.

Yougov – the main survey company that provides UK broadcasting and the Government with their “surveys say” data. This is fully legit. If you only ever join one, join this one.

Pure Profile. Easy to do, most people agree that this surveys site is easy and even fun to use. Although you do have to at least log in every year or you’re marked as inactive! They pay into your bank account.
