Agents OnDemand: If you’ve thought about working from home and being your own boss, the Agents OnDemand program might be the right fit for you. Working Solutions looks for skilled, educated, and motivated people to assist customers with sales, service and technical support transactions. Agents work directly with customers over the phone, through online chat sessions, and email.

Working on client projects means there’s a vast selection of hours and days available for you to work, meaning you can pick and choose the hours that fit around your lifestyle.

Working Solutions don’t charge any fees or require you to purchase any special equipment, most of their client projects require you to have:

• an up-to-date computer
• a high speed internet connection
• a land line telephone
• a willingness to work hard
• a desire to be successful.

If you have these things, you’re ready to apply.

Once you apply, you are given a set of two skills tests. Upon successful completion of these tests you’re on their books!

Pay and Status

All work at home agents are self-employed independent contractors.  Each project is paid differently. Some pay by the record or entry, while others pay by talk minutes, sales, or a combination of both. Some may be paid a set amount per project. Agents can expect to earn from $7.50-$30 per hour, depending on the project. Your income will vary greatly based on the work you are doing, how successful you are, how much work is available, and how many hours you choose to work. Pay is weekly by check.

Worldwide Jobs

Individuals from anywhere in the world are invited to apply, however, many call center projects are limited to US residents due to telecommunications expenses.
