Customer Loyalty Concepts recruit people to work at home in customer service roles, working on behalf of their clients in the areas of customer retention.  You’d be an employee, not an independent contractor.  CLC has over 200 employees who have completed training and are now earning extra income.

Note: All roles are strictly for residents of the United States.

Custom Loyal are in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and have been hiring work at home agents since 1994.

CLC are looking for self-motivated and flexible employees with a personable, professional and enthusiastic voice.  Each employee is required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. The calling is done Monday-Friday only, during standard business office hours.

These work at home jobs pay from $8-$10 per hour plus bonuses.  You are paid for “on hook” calling time only.  You are paid for your training time too. Employees of CLC are paid every two weeks, by check – after 90 days’ employment you can choose to be paid by direct deposit straight to your bank.

Requirements for Work

ALL of the requirements below must be met in order to be considered for employment. There are no exceptions:

Since we all work from home, part of our job description is that we check our voice messages and email a minimum of 3 times a day Monday through Friday.

• Any type of reliable voice messaging.  Cell phone voice messaging is acceptable. Not an answering machine.
• Reliable email provider.
• Strong computer proficiency is a MUST!
• Pentium IBM compatible or better PC.  NO MACINTOSH.
• Windows XP SP 2 or better.
• Minimum 1 GB of available RAM.
• Minimum 1 GB of available hard drive space.
• Broadband high speed Internet connection, (Cable or DSL only).
• Current/updated anti virus protection.
• A working printer attached to your PC with ink and paper.
• Mozilla Firefox Internet browser.
• USB headset plugged into your PC.
• A quiet area to work in with no interruptions or background noise.
• Reside in the continental United States, in one of the 26 states we hire in.*
• You must be over the age of 18.
• You must have a social security number or work permit number.
• You must have a high school degree or GED.

The roles are telemarketing roles, making outbound calls on behalf of the clients of CLC.
