Intred hire work at home telesales staff, to make appointments for sales representatives of large, well-known, companies. You really need to have telesales experience to be hired by Intrep. All calls are B2B (business to business) and undertaken during normal office hours, Monday to Friday. Intrep use homeworkers that are independent contractors, so you’re not employed by them. Pay is in the range of $15-20/hour, the actual rate is only divulged to successful candidates. Intrarep Work at Home Initially the hours of work are likely to be 20 hours/week, until you’ve established yourself within the team. You can set your own hours.

  • The ability to set appointments with prospects of any level
  • An extensive sales and marketing background
  • A complete understanding of business-related software
  • Must be a high achiever and self-motivated
  • Must pass Intrep personality and proficiency tests
