Work at Home Jobs: Vertex via Home, Customer Service Agents

This company employ work at home customer service agents and are looking for homeworkers. NOTE: **CLOSED DOWN**

If you can provide a dedicated, quiet working area, want flexible or fixed shift working and wish to be an employee of this international company as a customer service agent, then get in touch.

You must be able to provide a quiet working area, where background noises (television, radio, kitchen noises, conversations, pets, children etc.) cannot be heard. Customer Service Agents cannot be a care giver when scheduled to work. Alternate arrangements must be made for children, parents or spouses requiring care etc.

Home workers with Vertex can enjoy a really flexible work pattern; some of their clients need set shift patterns, while others are open to more flexible scheduling. Before an offer is made you will clearly outline your schedule and what will be expected of you.

These are permanent roles Vertex are investing heavily in their infrastructure and equipment and are seeking employees (not independent contractors).

Job/Person Requirements

Vertex will provide most of the equipment but you will be required to have or acquire:

• A work desk large enough for the completion of mixed tasks (computer and reading/writing) with a work top at least 24 inches deep by 42 inches wide (2’×3.5’)
• Reliable broadband Internet
• A Fire Extinguisher
• A First Aid Kit

US and UK

Over the next 12 months Vertex will be hiring home workers across the UK and in North America. You will need to register so they can contact you when opportunities become available.
