Work at Home: Professional Interviewers

What we are looking for:

Readyforce is looking for home-based professional interviewers to provide contract video interview services to our clients. Our goal is to simulate as closely as possible a face-to-face interview experience for both the applicant and the client viewing the recorded interview.

• Compensation: hourly equivalent of $35/hr
• Regular business hours with a few weekend and evening slots available
• You pick your work hours and schedule adherence (attendance) is strictly monitored
• 25-35 hours per week (more if requested and available). All work is scheduled and performed via our web-based tools

Minimum requirements:

• 5 years in-depth interviewing experience for a variety of levels and industries
• Must be eligible to work in the US and currently reside in the US
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to meet technical requirements for supporting at home workstation

What you will be doing:

• You will be using our technology platform to interview outstanding candidates via webcam from your home office.
• You will be provided with basic information about the job and a few suggested questions but we need your expertise in making the interviews engaging and overall fantastic.
• You will be responsible for creating an interview strategy that includes legally compliant behavioral and follow-up questions.
• You will be responsible for assessing candidate’s fit for the role and making hiring recommendations to the Account Manager.
• All interviews will be recorded for client viewing and it will be your responsibility to provide high quality in-depth interview.

Technical requirements:

• A personal computer with at least 1GHz processor or better, a minimum of 2 GB of RAM memory.
• Cable Modem connection to the Internet (minimum 1Mb/s upload and 1Mb/s download speed
• DSL or other high-speed connections are not acceptable because their true speeds vary throughout the day; Interviewers must use a corded Internet connection.
• Wireless connection is NOT permitted because upload speeds drop dramatically in case of multiple users or nearby electronics (e.g., microwave use).
• At least 1.3 video megapixel camera (2.0 video megapixel recommended) with USB 2.0.
• Latest version of Chrome, Firefox browsers and Flash Player (10.1)installed.
• Headphones with microphone.
• Dedicated home work space free from noise and distraction.
