Work at Home: Telephone Sales Agents

Work at home telephone sales agents needed to assist with customer retentions and lead generation for a virtual call centre.

You must be:

• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills – a good command of proper grammar

You should possess

• A pleasant voice and phone presence
• A quiet separate space free of back ground noise and distractions
• Experience

Experience and Qualifications
You must:

• Have 6 months call center experience or other relevant sales experience
• Possess Computer Skills and be Computer literate, ability to multitask and use up to 5 different windows at once
• Be experienced in using the Internet for downloading, email, sending files, and instant messaging
• Possess the ability to troubleshoot and fix your own minor computer problems
• Have fast typing ability and general ability to navigate and operate a computer

Work Requirements
You must be 18 years old, or older
You must possess a HS Diploma or GED
You must be legally allowed to work in the United States

Rate of Pay and Benefits

Hourly rate of pay ($8-10), plus the opportunity to make commissions.
