What Users Do are seeking website usability testers.  As somebody who uses the Internet, you are ideally placed to give companies feedback on how difficult or easy or horrid or enjoyable their website is to use. Using the What Users Do Screen Recorder, this web usability tester role requires you to visit a client website, to perform a specific set of tasks (you won’t be asked to sign up for anything or buy anything) – and while you are on the site, trying to fulfil the tasks, you should speak into your microphone the issues you are having. Can’t work out where to go? Say so. Annoyed by an animated gif? Tell them.

No Special Skills, No Experience Needed

Well Paid: Website usability testing is well paid work – and you need no special skills to get started because all they want is genuine feedback from everyday people, just like you, so they can judge if their website is usable to the type of people that will visit their website.

That’s all they want – genuine feedback, from real people who are trying to use their company website.

This research is critical to company success – if website visitors are simply turning away, or confused, or annoyed by the site then they need to know so they can change it.

What Users Do 

What Users Do are a company who need website testers to give their clients this feedback. This is a genuine opportunity, there is no fee to sign up. You will not be asked to buy anything. This is work that you can do from home. You will need a microphone, in order to give your feedback – and a broadband Internet connection – and that’s it!

Rate of Pay

What Users Do pay up to £8/$8/€8 per test, most tests take under 20 minutes. Website usability testers are emailed when a new test is available. You then log in and you will be shown the task for that test, for example “Look for a holiday” or “Find a local plumber”. Your microphone is then tested and you use the What Users Do Screen Recorder to record your spoken thoughts and screen movements as you complete the test.

Getting Paid

Payment is monthly, on the 25th of the month, via Paypal or direct to a UK bank.
